Conscious Healing Level I: Self-Mastery
Program prerequisites: Sourced from Within Parts One & Two.
This 18-month soul-centered program is a course in self-mastery with an optional certification as a Vibrant Freedom Conscious Healing Facilitator. Students can expect to stretch and grow on every level of Being in a Loving, supportive environment of compassion and acceptance. By the end of the first 9 months, students will be comfortable working their own inner process and can expect to have a deeper understanding of the principles and communication skills necessary to facilitate a conscious healing session. By the end of the program, students can expect to have more personal freedom, inner peace, and self-confidence, as well as feel competent and confident in their own skills as a conscious healing facilitator.
Level I Schedule:
The program is divided into two 9-month parts. Class meets online on Zoom once a week for 3 hours, with a 3-day weekend intensive at the end of each half. The next class will begin in January of 2026.
Level I Courses:
Foundational Principles of Awakening - the Universal Laws & spiritual principles relevant to providing an in-depth understanding of the awakening process, including how soul evolution works and what you need to know to best facilitate awakening and healing in others.
Conscious Communication - 16 communication & listening skills for establishing healthy healer/client relationship, cultivating intimacy, and creating a safe space in which healing can happen. These skills are applicable to all communications including inner dialog, parent/child, love relationships, friendships, workplace relationships, and written communications.
Tools & Techniques of Conscious Healing - learn the tools for facilitating deep soul-level healing and integration for yourself and others. Includes masterclass demo & practice. Part 2 includes a counseling internship program where students have the opportunity to work with non-student ‘client’ volunteers.
Spiritual Self-care - The basic practices of self-care on 4 levels, Physical, Mental, Emotional, & Spiritual
Ethics for Spiritual Practitioners - Best practices and procedures you need to know to begin offering your own healing services with integrity
Home Assignments:
Home Assignments will be given twice per month. Assignments will be relevant to your own growth, healing, and integration process and should take no more than a couple of hours per month. Written assignments will receive evaluative feedback (non-graded). If English isn't your first language, assignments may be completed in your own language. Additionally, students will complete a partner process twice each month (Zoom, phone or in person) in their own timing.
Participation:
Students are encouraged to participate fully to the best of their ability. Class attendance is voluntary, not mandatory (and it’s so fulfilling you won’t want to miss). All class sessions will be recorded and available the following week. If you miss a class, it is up to you to listen to the recording.
Certification:
Upon completing the course, all students will receive a Certificate of Completion (COC) (not a certification in the method) Home assignments are optional for COC-only students.
Due to the nature of this work, the Level I Conscious Healing Facilitator Certification will be merit-based. The certification will be given to those students who, after completing a series of 30 conscious healing sessions, demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the principles and skills included in the course. All efforts will be made to support students who are dedicated to the program to achieve the certification. Completion of all home assignments and partner exercises is mandatory for eligibility for Level I Certification. Individual assessment will include one or more healing session evaluations. After completion of final evaluation, students will be certified as Conscious Healing Facilitators through Vibrant Freedom.
