Hi, I’m Cynthia Lamb.

If you’ve made it here and are reading this, you’ve likely got reason to believe I might be able to support you with something deep and important. You might resonate with my work in ways you can’t quite articulate yet. I’m a huge supporter of trusting what resonates, so here’s a bit of my story so that you can get a feel for what has shaped me.

I’ve been helping people heal their sh!t and move into freedom for over 30+ years. How did that happen? Well, I had to do it the hard way so that I could learn to support others to do it more efficiently. The short version is that I experienced 17 years of excruciating suffering before I was shown how to put together all of the tools I’d learned to fully heal myself.

My initial awakening began in 1984. During a surgery for a ruptured appendix at 18 years old, I had a miraculous, mystical, near-death experience, wherein downloads of information streamed through me — why we are here, universal law, soul’s curriculum, the spiritual warfare happing here, and my role as a teacher of teachers.

MY ENTIRE BEING WAS LIT AND OVERFLOWING WITH PURE, EXQUISITE, DIVING LOVING.

I woke with the wisdom of a sage and immaturity of a co-dependent teen with little real-life experience. Completely incongruent. No clue how to implement the information I’d been given. Not to mention that I felt completely unworthy and inadequate. No way was I up for the task I was shown I’d been given. So I resisted, “You can’t make me.” Hahaha… My life quickly spiraled downhill.

While I followed soul’s guidance to study metaphysics and healing, becoming ordained as a spiritual counselor (1991) and Certified Integrated Etheric Healer (1996), I resisted all guidance related to my personal life. Eventually I was twice-divorced, having left two financially and emotionally abusive relationships. There I was, a single mom of three, miserable, broke, and so ill from toxic mold exposure that I could barely work enough hours waitressing to put food on the table for my children. Too broke to move out of the moldy rental. Every day was an uphill struggle.

My guides kept telling me it would only get worse until I listened. I kept responding, “How could it possibly get any worse than this?” And then it would get worse.

My rock bottom happened in 2001 when my ex-husband refused to return our 6-year-old son after a weekend visitation, saying that I was an unfit mother, and that I’d never see my son again. This was the scariest moment of my life. The idea that I could lose my child literally sent me to my knees.

IT WAS IN THIS MOMENT THAT I SURRENDERED MY OWN WILL AND ASKED GOD TO TAKE THE REINS. I BEGGED THE DIVINE TO PLEASE SHOW ME THE WAY. AND THEN I JUST LISTENED.

Through a series of miracles, my soul swiftly guided me step-by-step out of the mire. The following week I gained primary custody of my son, along with a raise in child support. Next, I was offered a more lucrative teaching job. Then a friend generously invited us to live with her to get out of the moldy house. Within six months, we were living in a clean apartment, and everything was looking up. Except internally I still felt like a miserable, unworthy piece of crap. One day my guides said, “Now that the outer needs are met, it’s time to work on you.”

I was guided to stop pushing my negative thoughts away and just listen. Soon compassion began flooding through me. My patterns became crystal clear, including major unworthiness, over-giving, people-pleasing, over-responsibility, scarcity mindset, perfectionism, victim mindset, super critical self-talk, etc.

I SAW HOW I HAD BEEN LOOKING OUTSIDE OF MYSELF FOR LOVE, APPROVAL, VALIDATION, SUPPORT, AND MORE. ONCE I HAD SEEN MY OLD, TIRED, STORIES, I WAS SHOWN HOW TO HEAL MYSELF BY GETTING SOURCED FROM WITHIN.

In 2003, I was guided to attend University of Santa Monica’s Masters Program in Spiritual Psychology, where I focused intently on self-healing.

Within a few years, I had recreated my entire life for the better. I went from feeling unloved to loved. From feeling completely unworthy to knowing my worth down to my toes. From broke to prosperous. From sick to radiantly healthy. From imbalanced friendships to deep, mutually-supportive friendships. From defensive, reactive communication to clear, open, heartfelt connection and conscious communication. From fearful to lit with authentic power. And from doing work that stressed me out to doing my soul’s work…hanging my first shingle in 2004. I went from seeing clients as a side-gig to working full-time as a conscious healing facilitator; the most fulfilling work I could ever have imagined doing.

In 2007, I returned to USM as an audit student to go even deeper. During a profound energetic expansion in August of 2008, my entire being was once again lit to overflowing with pure, exquisite, Divine Loving — and this time I was able to begin embodying it as my nature state. And for those of you who like to see ‘the credentials,’ no, I didn’t get a Masters degree — I never even completed my Bachelors. And it makes sense; my path has been all about letting go of needing external validation, looking within rather than to the outside.

TODAY I’M FILLED WITH PEACE AND BONE-DEEP CONTENTMENT. EVERY DAY, I GET TO GUIDE MY STUDENTS AND CLIENTS THROUGH THE PROCESS I USED TO HEAL MY OWN LIFE, SO THEY CAN DISCOVER THAT THEY ARE SOURCED FROM WITHIN, TOO.

Even better, I get to teach others how to facilitate so that they can have a more powerful impact in the world. With every breath I’m grateful to be sourced from within. And if I can become embodied, so can you.

“To be in Cynthia’s superhuman presence and energy is nothing short of a blessing, and it has reshaped my understanding of what true, active listening means. Her ability to mirror the good she sees in me with clarity and compassion has refined the way I relate to inner work and growth. She holds a consciousness deeply connected to divinity, reflecting to me the parts of myself aligned with my soul.”
