‘Trust the science’: Truth or Clever Marketing?
A few weeks ago, I had a challenging interaction with someone. They felt that I was an unsafe and untrustworthy person in their life because I did not ‘trust the science’.
Now I am not alone in my experience. Families, friendships, and partnerships the world over are being divided by ideologies. Hint: the use of the words ‘trust the science’ are the clue that someone is brainwashed by a radical ideology rather than thinking from a clear and rational mind.
What makes something an ideology rather than simply a belief based on knowledge or personal experience? An ideology is a specific set of beliefs or doctrines that are set out in such a way that they are presented as the only and ultimate truth, and anyone who questions these beliefs or doctrines becomes an outcast. An ideology resorts to authoritarian-style, fear-based leadership tactics to gain followers, including but not limited to manipulating, gaslighting, outright lying, coercing, threatening, punishing, and fear-mongering to gain compliance. A true ideology negates personal experience of anything other than its own doctrine, and relies on censoring, suppressing, deleting, canceling, and/or ‘fact-checking’ any information to the contrary. And when interacting directly with people who hold opposing opinions, someone holding an ideology will resort to ad homenin attacks, name-calling, and personal slander rather than engaging in rational debate using verifiable facts and legitimate data.
We have seen this process used repeatedly by multiple groups, cults, political parties, and regimes time and again throughout recent history.
In the case of this most recent influx of radical ideology we saw during the so-called pandemic of 2020, it was clear from the get-go that a great deal of effort had gone in to creating the marketing slogans that would support this new globalist-led cult-think.
In short, the term ‘trust the science’ is a marketing slogan. A very clever, diabolical, ideological marketing slogan.
The slogan ‘Trust the science’ says many things in three short words. It says that there is a scientific consensus, that there is only one correct interpretation of said science, and that anything other than that one solidified interpretation is obviously incorrect. It says to blindly obey the authority, whoever they may be, despite what your own instincts might be telling you. It implies that you would be a fool to ask questions. It implies that you are bad or wrong if you do not agree with said scientific consensus. It implies that there are experts that are wiser, more intelligent, and more experienced than you that have remarkably achieved said scientific consensus, and that you would be an idiot not to trust in their collective wisdom. And it definitely implies that you will be shamed if you do not agree to blindly go along with whatever these supposed experts say to do.
Because this statement is written in command form (i.e., it does not say ‘you should trust’, ‘you could trust the science’, or ‘we think you should trust the science’), it says, ‘trust the science’, which implies total authority over you. Marketing statements crafted as commands are deliberate uses of Neuro linguistic programming. This is applied psychology. Understanding how the mind works, how people perceive an authoritative command, creating an authoritative command, and then using it to coerce and control a population's decision-making ability is psychological warfare. The command ‘trust the science’ is deliberate brainwashing in an attempt to achieve a certain outcome.
And boy, has it been proving to be a powerful weapon.
Based on the globalists’ successful marketing campaign, many hundreds of millions of people voluntarily lined up to receive a bioweapon designed to reduce global populations in westernized countries by 70-80% (stats curtesy of de@gle).
The impacts of this current war on humanity are difficult to assimilate. Most people are still reeling from the shock of it all - even five years later. The damage to the world as we’ve known it has been stunning, profound, immeasurable.
It is my heartfelt intention that we will learn and grow from this collective experience. That we, as a human tribe, will decide to learn how to spot these clever marketing slogans and simply laugh at them. That we’ll develop excellent discernment and trust in our inner knowing above any external so-called experts. And that we will teach others how to spot any new propaganda or ad campaigns that come from harmful ideology rather than from grounded, connected, experiential wisdom based upon truth.
Because the fact is, if there is coercion involved, the intention behind the slogan is not aimed at anyone’s health or wellbeing. The need for coercive tactics itself denotes harmful intent.
Love and truth come freely-given, without any threats, demands, shaming, calls for self-harm, or for the deliberate harm to any other.
Light ahead to the awakening of humanity.
